Store Policies

At Mystery Catholic, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Here you’ll find a list of all our policies. We are a boutique type store and some things take a long time to re-order, so if an item is out of stock, be aware that it may take some time to get that inventory back in our store and in some cases, it may be impossible and the item will be permanently removed from our inventory.

There are no returns on products that are made out of paper, i.e. prayer cards, all-occasion cards, pamphlets, booklets, etc. If you have any issues with any of these types of items, please contact us and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Email us directly at support@mysterycatholic.com.

All other items are eligible for return for up to 30 days from shipping but we must be contacted first to authorize the return and email you a return label. There is a restocking fee of 5% of the cost of the item that will be deducted from any refund. This fee helps offset the costs of shipping returns and helps us keep our prices competitive. This fee may be waived in certain situations and is determined by Mystery Catholic staff.
